What is Brainspotting?

Brainspotting locates points in the client’s visual field that help to access unprocessed trauma in the parts of the brain that are responsible for memory, emotion, pleasure and hormone production (subcortical brain). During each session, I will support my clients processing (focused mindfulness) by gently guiding clients to notice and focus their attention on identified barriers that are “triggering” or causing blocks in their life.

Life can be rough, whether you asked for it or not. Working through change successfully leaves us stronger, more confident, and better prepared for what comes next.
